COOKING COURSE FOR CHILDREN FROM 6 TO 12 YEARS OLD. This course is designed for children, to developing their creativity, good eating habits and ability to work in teams.
They will make healthy, salty recipes and desserts, which can be easily repeat at home.
Every day 10 minutes of theory.
After 9 classes, we will have an extra session: THE BEST MASTER KID COOKITECA!
Workshops:
1. Baking dough
Artisan bread dough, Pizza 4 seasons, Quiche Lorraine
2. Rices
Chicken Paella, Green Risotto, Brownie
3. Eggs
Caramelized potato and onion tortilla, Baked eggs with bacon, Cheesecake
4. Fresh pasta
Colored Pasta and two sauces: Tomato and Pesto, Fruits crostata
5. MEAT and POULTRY
Roasted chicken skewers, Mixed meatballs in sauce, Chocolate mousse
6. FISH
Fish Nuggets, Salmon puff pastry with vegetables, Carrot cupcakes
7. MEXICAN FOOD
Baked steak Burritos, Chicken Fajitas, Guacamole
8. Japonese Food
Rice Makis with vegetables and salmon, Inverted Makis, Meat Gyozas
9. Surprising appetizers
Last day of classes. We will prepare an original snack for parents at the end of the workshop.
Cheese crispy lollipop, Wild potatoes, Parmesan sticks and black olives, Minibikinis, Apple pie.
10. EXTRA SESSION: MASTER KIDS COOKITECA
A jury will evaluate the execution of a live recipe in the presence of students and parents.
